A little rough around the outside, but check in was smooth and the room was clean. Can’t ask for more at this price.

Room was not clean; had been used. Door lock was broken; could enter using any plastic credit card. Found dead bug in sheets; bathroom floor covered with nail clippings; bathtub cracked; exhaust fan in BR not working. Homeless people staying near our door outside.

From the time of checking in, the male, night front desk receptionist was very short, rude and demanding of my information needed to complete check in. My room card stopped working for some reason and when I went back to get help, he talked down to me as if I were a child. Upon leaving at checkout, the other male employee rudely watched me get in my car and leave, as if I had done something wrong? As i proceeded to drive away, his constant stare made me feel very awkward and as I waved and smiled twice, he continued to rudely stare.

I love that it's centrally located to almost everything in Easley SC, kept very clean and was a great place to get a good night's rest.

The room stunk and we had to find a new hotel. The staff was nice and understanding and helped us secure a room at a different hotel.

Horrible. Dead spider and bugs in our bed. Complained to management (with pictures) and were told we were responsible to report it at check in. Who turns down the bed at check in to check for dead bugs? Towels were stained, remote didn’t work, and a tractor trailer parked right outside our room with a refrigerator unit cycling off and on. Unbelievable.
